Do you hold my rent?
No. Rent goes straight from your tenant into your own account. We track it and tell you the day it's late.
Who do I sign with?
Saraf Global LLC, our US company, doing business as Kiteflier, under California law. Our partner Hirises Diamonds Pvt Ltd delivers the work in India.
Do I need to give you a power of attorney?
No. A simple authority letter lets us deal with your society and vendors. We never sell, mortgage or sign anything on your behalf.
What if I want to leave?
Give 30 days' notice. We hand back keys, documents and a final statement within 15 days.
Do you give tax or legal advice?
No. Our partner CA and lawyer do, and they bill you directly. We make sure the paperwork reaches them on time.
Which cities do you cover?
Mumbai with our own team. Bangalore, Hyderabad and NCR through vetted partners, with the same reports and promises.
How do I pay?
In US dollars, by ACH bank transfer or card. Annual plans can be paid by wire.
What does it cost?
Care is $48 a month for empty homes. Essential is 9% of monthly rent (minimum $40) and Premium is 11.5% (minimum $80). See what's included.
