Built by an NRI owner, after a year of managing two flats from the Bay Area.
I moved to the Bay Area in 2024 and left two flats behind in Mumbai, in Andheri and Bandra.
Within months a tenant paid late and left about ₹1.2 lakh of damage. A society bill I never received was charged 18% interest. A monsoon leak in a locked flat went unnoticed for about four months, and cost over ₹1 lakh to fix.
After two months of managing it all through friends and family, I flew home. That's when I realised NRI owners don't need favours. They need a professional team they can hold accountable. So I built Kiteflier.

In US dollars, by ACH bank transfer or card.
A simple authority letter lets us deal with your society and vendors. We never sell, mortgage or sign anything on your behalf.
Give 30 days' notice. Keys, documents and a final statement back within 15 days.
